Abby had it all. A high paying job, a good looking boyfriend, a comfortable shared home and a seemingly incredible future ahead of her.
What she didn’t have, was a life.
When work cancelled her one holiday that she finally got approved, Abby quit her job and decided to go on her holiday anyway. Only quitting her job meant losing more than Abby thought possible.
Being stuck in the middle of no-where in an idyllic cabin seemed great, until Abby realised she had no way of communicating with the outside world.
Blair lived remotely, his PTSD from his time in the armed forces only made worse by a photographic memory, forced him to spend his time alone. Commitment to anyone or anything didn’t work for him, and he’d made a deal with himself never to get involved with anyone until he was happy with himself. It had been a few years so far, and Blair still had a very long way to go. For now, his secluded paradise was something he enforced completely.
When Abby stumbled onto Blair’s land in her search for mobile service, Abby found more than she was expecting, and perhaps with it, the future that she was hoping for.
